National Slow Down Day
As part of the Green School Travel Programme, students are constantly made aware of the dangers of our roads. Local Garda Michael McDermott visited our school on ‘National Slow Down Day’ on the 21st of October to highlight these safety issues and to inform the pupils on how to keep themselves safe as both pedestrian and passenger. Pupils portrayed a vital message to drivers urging them to ‘SLOW DOWN’.
